'Duplicative' Rite Aid OT Suit Survives Dismissal Bid
On March 24, Employment Law360 reported on Judge Paul G. Gardephe of the the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and his decision to deny a request for dismissal from Rite Aid in the Naula et al v. Rite Aid of New York Inc. et al case. Rite Aid claimed the suit was duplicative to another suit, thus requesting for dismissal.
